I don't have the steel wheels for your civic , But I Have three 18x8 5x114.3 and three 18x7.5 5x114.3 Konig troubles that would probably fit your hubs. Those are the same size as the ones on my 06 Subie STI. They are Listed on Vermont craigslist right now. Would really like to find a good home for them. The set of 16x6.5 5x100 steel rims I have I think only fit impreza's . If you are interested e-mail me at jamis@together.net
