Belated SCCV 2013 Awards Banquet Proposal

Hi everyone, Since we never had our 2013 Awards Banquet, I'm putting an idea out there for a belated 2013 Awards Banquet/2014 Kick off Banquet.

Location: Local Folk's Smokehouse in Waitsfield, VT

Date: TBD (Likely in April) After any ice racing/ITT, before Autocross & Hillclimb season

Details: The Local Folk's Smokehouse can do a BBQ buffet for $20/person. Chris, Nick, Seth & I can attest to the tasty food. Cash Bar: Excellent draft selection (sometimes Lawson's Finest) & full bar. If we get enough people, they'll give us a private room. If not, they'll reserve tables for the group.

Lodging: The White Horse Inn in Fayston will give SCCV members a discounted rate of $89/night double occupancy. This includes a full breakfast!
