Possiblity of Devil's Bowl autox poll.

We are trying to gather enough people to have one last autox. Basically we are just trying to cover the costs of having an autox. We are in discussion to see if the track owner is flexible to working with us to make this happen. Please answer our poll!

I've voted once for the whenever option, but wanted to call out from a cost calculation that I'll be registering twice.

Thanks Joey, good call. Entering twice definitely gets us one step closer. It seems others had said the same thing. Anyone else want to chime in about entering twice. There seems to be a disconnect from those who said they would enter in a different thread but haven't taken the survey above. Please do both, as our event is go/nogo based on committed interest. The track owner has agreed to cut us a deal on our use fee (sweet!), but we need to cover our own costs as well as have enough people to hold a safe event.

What is the minimum number of people to hold a safe event?

20 people(not 20 entries).
Course design might allow less.
You need 2 people at timing. 1 at start. Then at least 2 at each cone shagging station.
Basically you need half to be able to work, while the other half drives.
