Car Classing

Post by mjmurray »

Greetings.

Two Quick Classing questions:

1. Last year I ran in 3 events, am I still considered Novice?
2. Is my following 'self' classing accurate:

1990 Miata - ES - Class 2

Front Swaybar: +3
Coil-overs: +10
Brake Pads: +1
Slotted Rotors: +3
=+17
Class 3?

See you Saturday!

Joey. My understanding is that you can compete in novice class for 2 years, unless you win the class overall in your first year. Your car seems to belong in class 3. I was unable to find a set of 225/45r15s for you to try.
Saturday it is!!!
