Steve and I stopped up and saw the ranger on Sat. 10-4-08 and gave them some fliers. Also dropped off a flier to the mobil station down the road from philo, and I forget the name of the other store. Maybe steve can chime in and remind me the name.

They will drop off one Port-o-let at the bottom of Philo (we don’t need one at the top) around 2PM on the 24th to be picked up NLT 10AM on Monday the 27th. They have my name/cell phone number as the POC.

Tim is coordinating the RPM tour for 6:30. We can meet at the bottom of the hill around 6:00+ and drive down as a group for those who do not not where RPM is located.

Per Clark Hinchman, we will have a feast available on Saturday night and MAYBE something for dinner. As mentioned at the meeting, it was asked that they make sure to put out a can for donations. Much appreciated!
