NEHA: Annual Meeting / 2008 Awards / 2009 Rules

I'm trying to get information from the organizers for the 2008 Awards Banquet/2009 Rules meeting. I do know that it will be on 07-Feb-2009 (Saturday) at the Red Roof Inn, Brattleboro, VT. I just booked our room (me, Tim W., Nick W.) for $71+tax. According to the last note I saw on the NEHA e-mail list from Michele B. (one of the organizers), the NEHA rate should be $69. AAA gives a 10% discount, but I'm unsure if that is off the normal rate or the reduced rate (normal room rates are $79).

This is the awards banquet for the 2008 season and the rules meeting discussion and voting for the 2009 season. Always good times!

I'd love to go but we have both a Boy Scout and a Cub Scout overnight trip that weekend. Make sure you take video of
the best parts of the rules meeting if Mike Wilson shows up!
