Philo 2012 (organization and registration)

New England Hillclimb Association (NEHA)

The Sports Car Club of Vermont (http://www.SCCV.org) and Kales Custom (http://kalescustom.com) is pleased to present the Mt. Philo hillclimb in Charlotte, Vermont on October 12-13-14, 2012

Registration is online: Motorsport Registration

Event information and the link to online registration is HERE. You do not need to complete the paper version of the entry form unless you are unable to register online via MotorsportsReg. (we will have driver waivers at the event). Make sure to read all the details in the entry/info packet (nothing has changed from 2011).

A typical Philo event is to have a lot more runs than the timing computer can handle as we are able to run a continuous loop up and down the hill; one year someone got close to 20. Since an event can only be successful because of the hard work and dedication of our workers, please bring friends, family, signification others, enemies, etc. to help staff this fun event.

Lunches are included in the entry fee and is free to workers. Lunch is provided by Dave again this year. (yum!) He also makes breakfast sandwiches, but this is not included in the entry; please make sure to make a donation to Dave if grabbing a breakfast sandwich.

I'll take an RV site for my van, but I can fit it in a campsite with little trouble If we need room in the RV sites.

Whichever one you would like.

Clark hasn't asked me for an RV spot, but I assume he will need one so I'll hold one for him (If I remember)

I am proud to announce that Kale's Custom will be a sponser of this year's NEHA Mt. Philo Hillclimb.

To promote safe racing, we will be offering a $300 discount(towards an FIA spec Rollcage) for the driver who achieves a time closest to the breakout time without going faster than the breakout time(1:20). Eligibility is limited to drivers of vehicles that are subject to the breakout rule due to a lack of rollcage.

We would also like to offer a one-time 10% discount on any fabrication project for any driver who competes at this year's Mt Philo Hillclimb.

And yes, whoever wins the $300 "breakout discount" can use the 10% off at the same time!! That makes for an inexpensive, quality, safety product.

See you all at the Hill!!
