Wednesday is tough for me also. How about Friday evening/night at my place. That is where the trailer is at. I have room for stuff we do not want to bring to Philo. My mother inlaw will be here so I do not have to entertain her if I'm doing club stuff. :)

If I can get someone to watch my daughters, I'll come up and help. Also, anyone have an extra SA2005 helmet laying around?

Friday is fine.

What are we grilling?

Camping note...

The state limits the number of people or cars at their sites. If this changes which site you are requesting, please get with me ASAP.

Here is the PDF for the campground: http://www.vtstateparks.com/pdfs/philo.pdf

On the right side of the page is an image of the sites. Click on the site number to get more information on that site including max occupancy.

Limit of only two cars are allowed per site.
There will be a limit of (2) vehicles per campsite and a maximum of (8) people per site. Some sites can only fit four (4) people max and one (1) car, such as sites 2 and 4. Limits will be placed on parking at campsites at the Rangers discretion.

Here is the POSTER that I need folks to post around Mt. Philo as outlined above.

Post here what you are able to do.

Thanks

Rabbit Farmer wrote:Anyone able to post the event notices at the following locations (no later than Saturday):

* North Ferrisburg post office (on Route 7, south of Mt. Philo)

* Old brick store on F5 (290 Ferry Road; Google Map 44.310752,-73.25277)?

I will post the event notices tonight sometime; you print on plain paper in B&W or color (don’t matter)

Folks.

The posting of the public notices is a REQUIREMENT of our permit. If this is not done, we will have to cancel the event.

I do not have time to go down to Charlotte on Saturday to do this myself.

Nick and I are already spending our entire Sunday going to Philo (post office is closed) to meet with the rangers and then pick up the KSCC equipment in Orleans.

This is where the club needs YOUR help between now and Saturday to ensure the signs are in the locations I have mentioned.

Your help now means we are able to have a successful event.

Rick & Steve, let me know if you can't connect. I might be able to help out today, but would need to juggle a few work things to make it happen. (802) two seven Nine - 7198
