Posters printed out, tape and thumb tacks in hand. I get it done this morning.Rabbit Farmer wrote:Folks.
The posting of the public notices is a REQUIREMENT of our permit. If this is not done, we will have to cancel the event.
I do not have time to go down to Charlotte on Saturday to do this myself.
Nick and I are already spending our entire Sunday going to Philo (post office is closed) to meet with the rangers and then pick up the KSCC equipment in Orleans.
This is where the club needs YOUR help between now and Saturday to ensure the signs are in the locations I have mentioned.
Your help now means we are able to have a successful event.

Robin agreed to be worker coordinator.
I grabbed the bowls, plates, and cutlery.
Who was remaking some of the signs, I do not remember.

Nick was remaking the bottom of the hill sign with larger numbers. I already made the other signs.

Re: Philo 2012 (organization and registration)
Quick reminder to folks to look at and know the information in the entry form.
http://www.hillclimb.org/events/philo/entry_form.pdf
Don't park anything on the grass. No wheels on the grass. Keep the end of the parking lot open for the turn around.
Tarps under your vehicle at the top of the hill(and something to keep that tarp down if there is wind). Room is tight at the top of the hill so be considerate of how you park.
