We are looking for a volunteer that is staying off sight and is showing up early Saturday and Sunday that can stop and grab coffee and donuts for the workers! Of course it will not come out of your pocket and you will get free hugs from Steve.

Getting close to Philo!

Looks like it might be a big wet setting up on Friday; Sat and Sun look okay.

We usually arrive around 11am +/- to prepare to attach the hill at noon. See everyone there!

The Mt Philo Hillclimb is only a few days away! We are trying to get a head count for food. We have a good idea of how many workers that are coming what we need is a approximate count of drivers that may be coming. So if you have not preregistered or sent us a message yet to tell us you are driving, please let Erik know or just post up that your even thinking of driving so we can plan. Thanks! Hope to see you on the hill.

Thank you to everyone who helped to make this event such a great success! Looking forward to 2016. Crossing fingers for warmer weather... or I am bringing a hot tub.

Still closing the books on the 2015 event.

We returned the equipment on Monday and I requested the 2016 event tonight.

At tonight's SCCV meeting, we discussed some ideas for possible improvements to the event. We will talk about it again as we get closer to Philo next year.
