I said on some other thread that I wasn't going to do a video for SLMP I 2006... Well, I lied:

More SLMP I videos
Finally got some my videos from recorder to computer to web... my two in car videos are larger than PutFile will allow, though.
Video Page
There are some more for Dave G., Jason R. and I that I may put up later on.
My in-car video from the wet day (Saturday) is actually pretty cool, IMHO. Anyone know the best way to chop down and host a 99MB .avi file? [/url]

Re: More SLMP I videos
upload to my FTP, and I will compress it for you. How long is the video? We can they load it on putfile, google or host it on VT racing.skivittlerjimb wrote:Finally got some my videos from recorder to computer to web... my two in car videos are larger than PutFile will allow, though.

Thanks Nick! I tried to FTP it to you last night. It's about five minutes total, as it includes the warm up and cool down laps, but it can certainly be cut down.
I'm pretty sure I have one of the cheapest in-car video rigs you can get: Pure Digital Point and Shoot video camera wedged between headrest and seattop and secured to headrest post with a length of vacuum hose.
For as jerry rigged as that sounds, it worked well.
