SLMP 2 Video Thread

Post by darTTh audi »

I know there were a few people taking video at the event so we can post links here. I'll start with some in car of my two best laps of the weekend. I had to go with Youtube this time since Google doesn't seem to be working for me on this vid.

Edit: The wind noise overpowered the engine noise in most of the original so here is one with some driving music. Might have to invest in an external mic.

Here is what I got for videos. There is some wind noise in a few of them. I left the quality high so the files are a little big. ~30 megs.

This weekend should be a good time for me to edit my footage.

The "turn 3" camera didn't turn out that great, but the "Steve Jones chicane" camera was pretty cool.

My in car was pretty much like all the previous in car footage from me at SLMP. ;)

8)

Good enough that I need to see what the range is on the remote for the camera and think about doing some more of that kind of thing. But 5 seconds of good footage evey minute is a little annoying to edit.

In reference to the video camera I left on the side of the road at the Mt. Washington hillclimb? :D

Nope, I thought it was cutomary to name corners that are added to a track because of a specific person after that person. ;)

How did I get ownership of the chicane? Is that the corner before the Farmer Jason Haybail turn?
