So I am still a complete noobie at this. Will there be a place to camp if I am doing two days? Also is there anything else I should bring outside of the normal stuff I bring for autocross at the devil's bowl?

You can camp on site. It is primitive camping (there is a toilet, but no potable water). There is a store up the road that has all the basics and has a subway sandwich shop attached. Bug spray is recommendedand the weather can change on a dime.

Car wise... The track is rough on brakes and tires. Make sure you have fresh brake fluid and plenty of brake pad. What kind of car do you drive?

99 Subaru Impreza Hatch. It's my daily driver but autocross is too much fun to pass up. I hope to be moving over to a dedicated autocross/track car next year. I'm sure you guys all know how addicting it is and I have caught the bug pretty bad!

I plan on driving the RSX, but I may think about bringing the S2000 instead...

Yes this happens to most of us. Don't feel like you need a dedicated car to go to SLMP. It's just a good thing to have fresh brake fluid cause your brakes will get hot.

Not yet, but I could mount the racing seats from the RSX in the S2000 so my helmet is under the stock roll bar. I'll probably end up driving the RSX anyways.

Looking forward to getting back to SLMP - even have new tires this time (so no excuses). :D

Are there enough registered now for this to happen?
