I did speak to Nick G two weeks ago at a SCCNH AutoX and he told me he was planning on going to SLMP with the club.

Now the equipment question.

Who is going to get the equipment to the event?

Are we talking the trailer? Would it fit in the back of a car?

Contents of the trailer.... We never bring the trailer with us

Canopy(ies)
6' table
Cones
Computer
Big battery and inverter
Timing equip
Paperwork
Clipboard (make sure to bring timing sheets to back up timing)
What else?

Fit in one car? Station wagon, yes. Better for back of pickup or many cars.

Is someone in "authority" going to call the track owner and remind him that SCCV will be there Friday - Sunday? At the June event he showed up Friday night and said he wasn't sure that we were coming. thanks

Ricky isn't going. We need someone to step up and be the chair.

Is there anyone going to SLMP that can transport cones, timing equipment, ez up and a table? Its impossible to have an event without the basic equipment.
