There were 10 entries on sat and 8 on sun that were registered as of Wednesday. 13 on registered on BOTH days are needed for the event to pay for the track and insurance.
The last SLMP which did not have enough entrants to cover the cost happened because the participants had a meeting and decided to pay more so the event would be covered.

Actually, it is 16 entries to cover the cost. Unsure if this took into account the higher insurance cost.

This is a real cluster guys, not impressed at all. I paid for 2 days for 3 people and all week the event was a go. Now at the last second the plug has been pulled...

Your other option is to call joe to get the track this weekend and have a non-sccv event. I sent an e-mail to Mike to discuss.

So If I understand the math you needed $4000. This is based on 26 x $125. We are at 18 so we are $1,000 short. I would put up half of shortfall $500 to make it happen. What say the rest of you boys and girls.

Oops my bad it was 32 x $125 equal $4k and based on entries we are short $1750 based on the 18 known entries. Either way, I offer $500 to make it up...

16 x $125 = $2000; this is what is needed to break event.

But.... We do not have 18 people.

There is an average of 10 people registered for this event; 9 on Saturday and 11 on Sunday. This is not 16 people for the weekend.

Currently registered are 2 people for 1 day each and 9 people for the weekend, plus I will include Clark Hinchman +1 as he was going to pay at the track.

Taking into account the actual amount they paid on MSR (member vs. non-member) plus Clark +1, this total is $1,545

This amount covers the cost to reserve the track.

So $455 to break even... And that just reserves the track?
