After a two year hiatus, the slippery sideways 100 lap winter enduro returns Albany Saratoga Speedway in Malta, NY.

Saturday January 1st 2011 12:00 p.m.

$1,500 to win - 100 LAPS

$75 Entry per car, includes driver admission
Also: Ladies Powder Puff Enduro 30L
(traditional rules, $60 entry) $200 to win
Open to any race car driver, regardless of experience
NO race cars, only enduro-type 4 & 6 cylinder front wheel drive cars.
Allowed to compete will be turbo charged, supercharged (Saabs etc.)

Note: if car is all wheel drive, drive shaft must be removed.

Pit gate 10:00 a.m., Main gate 11:30 p.m., Racing Noon

Mike, are you driving? I'm sure the answer is yes, but WHAT are you driving? Do they require a full cage (with halo) or just a bar?

Paul, I don't know why but I did not get an email notification of your post. Sorry for the delay. I was driving a four speed '93 Sentra E model [1.6 110 h.p.] It looked like this when I got it for free.

Nope, no roll cage, no harnesses, nothing. Just knock the windows out and go! :mrgreen:

There wasn't any snow this year and it as 40 degrees on New Year's Day. So my ice racing "advantage" didn't help me win this time. I finished third.
