Auto Electric Inc

Post by Rabbit Farmer »

I was trying to find Bond Auto Parts in Williston today (phone address shows them as being on Brownell, but based on the directions from the employee, they are on Marshall across from FedEx). I passed a building that was across from FedEx (near Brownell) and didn’t see “Bond” on it (thinking about it later, I think they are across from the other FedEx further down the road near Leroy Road along with Interstate Battery). Anyway, I turned down Boyer Circle (Washburn Autobody is located on Boyer) to turn around by using the circle. I saw a small sign on a building on the inside of the circle, directly across from Washburn’s, that read “Auto Electric Inc.” Hmmmm, they might have the part (electrical connector for 4G wire with 7/16” eyelet) that I need. I pull in there and told one of the guys from the shop was I was looking for. He looked out back, came back with nothing… asked if I meant 3/8” instead. I handed him the bolt and he responded with “oh, that’s metric, hold on a second” He went out back and brought back a connector with the correct size hole and said he didn’t have 4G, just 1G (or maybe it was 0G). Looking at the connector, I could see that he took the time to hog out the hole so that it would work with the bolt. He said, “have a nice day, it’s on the house.” How is that for good customer service.

Anyway, they are located on Boyer Circle in Williston directly across from Washburn’s. They service ANY alternator (car, truck big truck, farm equipment, etc.) along with pumps. I’m unsure what else. For reference, they used to be located on Jackson Street in Essex. Good experience!

People normally pass along negative experiences, so I'm making sure to pass along a positive one.
