John is still the manager there, I think, so I believe the discount should still apply. They will only give you a discount if you purchase the tires through them (at least that's what he told me). Anyone deal with them recently? I went to get my snows M+B back in Oct, but they were still Goss then.

Goss Tire is now Vianor. Everything is the same. The name change is because Nokian owned tire stores in Europe are called Vianor. Since we, Nokian, bought Goss, they want to change the name. Talk to John or Fritz, tell them you are a SCCV member and they will take care of you.
