It blows oil after decelerating in gear so the main culprit is the valve seals. The rings may need a refresh but I'm not digging into the block until this winter.

Why is the hood off? Because it looked like this.

2nd in CSP, 5th fastest raw time, 7th fastest PAX. Need to dial things in with the R888's but the car is a real ball.

I don't suppose anybody knows how much the rear glass weighs?

The "Excessive Lightening" penalty won't bump me up a class for the hillclimbs (S4) so I'm looking to drop some more weight and take the car back off the roads.

The whole hatch weighs about 65-80 lbs. I've never weighed it, but I have had a spare from a 91 for years and moved it many times.

I'm building a 88 Si into an EP ride myself. Lexan in the rear hatch is very soon on the to-do list.

If you ever do a swap, I'd be interested in your stock motor. I'm stuck in XP right now because I'm running a ZC DOHC, but I'd like to build up a D16A6 and drop down to EP.

I'll trade ya! I'm replacing the valve seals before Ascutney II.
