Project "broken valve"

Post by Rooster »

A while back I started to have an issue with either an exhaust valve or intake valve as I was losing compression and the motor would get winded. High rpm's and lack of power, especially after a heavy run. I discussed this with a specialist and it was determined that it was indeed an intake valve. He noted that it didn't seem as bad and if i took it easy and didn't hot foot it, I wouldn't have to get a valve job for awhile. Well, after the last check up, the valve has gotten much worse and it looks like a valve job is inevitable.

Sorry guys, it looks like I'm sidelined until the valve is fixed.

Anything you need, let me know. At least they don't have to remove the head to do this valve job.
