We have a local, not a brewpub mind you a few dozen taps and several hundred bottled, that gets cask conditioned beers in all the time, they almost always Victory Brewing's "Storm King Stout" on tap and it adds alot to the flavor.
So if you find yourself stuck in Richmond VA area, (there a couple more locations too) here's where to go http://www.capitalalehouse.com/index.php

car related post:
Wednesday I got left a note and some inoperable vehicle pamphlets by the county Lead Zoning Inspector.
I was all kinds of pissed off.. :censor: ...until I saw the tag registration stickers are out of date, now I gotta figure out who I owe money to in order to get said stickers.
The car is licensed, registered, safety inspected, and insured but I could get pulled over and fined regardless.
It'd be much easier to keep track of the registration if sticker were on the window instead of the plates.

Uh, you aren't going to like Vermont then.

VT Dmv does send you a reminder, as well as being able to take care of it online.

That's good stuff...

Re: The island ferry, my mother commuted from West Chazy NY (north of Plattsburgh) to South Burlington for close to a year. She wouldn't recommend it to anyone for long term, but if it's a temp thing, it's not too bad. She used to buy vouchers for multiple trips to save some $$$...don't know if they do that anymore. The bridge route adds a good 45mins/1 hour to the trip during commuting times.

I know this is late, but there are a few people on the forums who have connections to MWG. If you are interested.

I'm not but my wife is.
She's been talking with them on and off, apparently they're restructuring what some of their job positions do.
Also they're not the only party she's talking with, if anyone wants her resume to forward along I have her permission to so. (be prepared for a ridiculous amount of technical experience imo)
I've got a few resumes floating out there now too.

The only thing expense wise we need to brace for is VT's utility rates, your electricity is double what we're paying now.
Once one of us lines up a job I guess I'll have to talk to our SCCV in-house realtor.
I've been trying to get used to the local water by drinking plenty of Magic Hat and Otter Creek beers.
