oh and word to the wise
Krylon clear coat spray does not hold up to the elements very well
I think it's mostly the UV that's destroying it
back to wetsanding the car again and finding a better cheap clear coat to spray on
maybe PEP boys has something.....

yes, more specifically Clifton Park area, the wife is originally from Latham

Also http://www.mohud-scca.org/. They're the SCCA region local to Albany, and a good group. I used to go to a bunch of their autocrosses when they were held closer to Vermont.

ooh lawdy it's goint to be 90 degrees here on Friday
you guys have no idea how many autocrosses I've done in triple digit weather

looks like 95% likelyhood we start moving up in a few weeks
they didn't even bat an eye at her salary requirements

sigh....really wanted to move to VT too
better access to organic food, better beer, better gun laws etc...
we'll have to purchase some property in VT after we're all settled in NY
