SCCNH North Country Rumble

Post by DaveEstey »

Hola Vermonters.

As has been our tradition for (lord knows how long) the North Country Rumble autocross event challenges drivers from all the racing groups of New England to see who indeed has the finest drivers. The format is 4 drivers driving 1 car, with lowest cumulative time taking the trophy.

In years past we've held this event at the end of the season, but participation from other clubs has drooped so we're looking to change things up to get you guys back in the game. We're now looking at holding the event in late July at NHMS.

Is there anything else we can do to coax you guys to come down and play? Something we're missing?

Your friend from the flat lands,

One big obstacle for our group is our own rules. Our rules don't sync up with the scca, so it's rare we have a car prepared to the limit of the scca rules, that someone will let 3 other drivers beat on for a day. The time of year is also a little tough.
Also a quick post on our facebook page is likely to generate some interest a month out from the event.
