We had 2 official SCCV ITT events that were successful.
Ideas for next year's ITT:
Practice on Saturday followed by event on Sunday
morning practice followed by event in afternoon
Nick will talk to insurance to see if these ideas are ok

2. Insurance for 2014:
SCCNH has provided info to insurance company, renewal should be ok.
Nick is checking into costs for SCCV to insure on our own in case the group insurance is not renewed.

3. 2013 Awards Banquet/2014 Season kick off:

4. SLMP:

5. 2014 Autox schedule:

6. Trailer organization:
Kale's Custom has allowed us to use shop
Nick to price out materials
Discussion on forum as to a date and volunteers needs to be started

7. Vote on adopting 2014 NEHA rules for Hill Climbs
All rules passed except DOM tubing. SCCV would like more fine tuning of rule.

1. Update on acceptance of 2014 NEHA rules.
SCCV voted to accept all 2014 NEHA rules proposed EXCEPT for the DOM roll cage adoption.

2. 2014 Insurance
insurance for 2014 is moving forward. Waiting on 2014 rates.

3. 2013 Banquet/2014 kick off will be moving forward. The club elected to use the larger room.

4. SLMP
The following dates are available for possible SLMP events: 5/9-5/11, 6/20-6/22, 7/25-7/27, 8/8-8/10, 9/19-9/21, 9/26-9/28, 10/3-10/5 and 10/10-10/12. We are trying to have the first event either 5/9 or 6/20. Clark H said he would chair the 5/9 event if we have it.

5. AutoCross
First event is 5/24 at Devil's Bowl.
Chris R. and Ricky G. are co chairing the event. But....Chris R. has a fried brain and forgot he is out of VT that weekend so we are looking for someone to chair with Ricky.

6. Trailer shelving.
Project is continuing.
