hosting/posting pics

Post by vwcorvette »

Those of you who ad pics to your threads of your own stuff, where do you have them hosted so that you can link to them. What's a good site?

photobucket has always worked well for me. I have two years of photos there. You can link a full size photo or just a thumbnail. It will even directly link photo's to a facebook account.

I normally use Webshots - easy & quick downloading from camera or hard drive - allows posting of 5 different sizes (100/200/425/500/600 pixels) - viewer can click the photo in forum to go to my "site" for more, full screen, etc - it's very public, sorta like YouTube for stills, but you can adjust privacy settings - the quality seems to be OK, at least for forum use, IMHO...
