Want to share a shopspace in Bolton?
I found a pretty decent shop space in Bolton. It's 3 bays, with outdoor parking as well. $500 a month, and I need at least 1 or 2 other people to share with me. I'm building my locost in it, and have a pretty good tool collection, including a welder, compressor, engine lift etc. It's heated and insulated, has electric (not sure if it has 220v or not), is locked with an alarm. Let me know if you have interest, I'd want to move pretty quick!

That is a really cool idea, and wish I could say I had the cash for it. Maybe in a few months. Whats the deal with heat? Is it gas, and is it on all of the time (like included in the rent), or only on when you are there to work? Where is it exactly?
