It's a topic of much debate.
It's been discussed on hillclimb.org. That is likely where you'll get most of the responses you are looking for. We are one of the three member clubs that make up the hillclimb organization and therefore the rules. Motorcycles have run in select events and they are organized by Max Stratton. There have been certain bikes allowed the last two years, it is uncertain if that will continue.

Bikes have been allowed at KSCC events, but all entries are hand picked by Max Stratton.
