NHMS is flooding a lot with water. Cold weather = ice.

Sounds like fun. Does it stay flooded/frozen all winter or are they counting on the weather to work right just before the event (if so, I need optimistic friends like that)?

This will be the first winter trying it so who knows!
I'm pretty sure they're going to be maintaining it, the track is really trying to branch out and make use of the facilities year round.

First race of the season April 17! Online registration is open.
REGISTRATION FEE: $40.00 for SCCNH, SCCV, KSCC, CMC & CART members (appropriate identification required) and $50.00 for non-members.
-The gates will be open at 8:00am
-For events at NHMS, all participants must sign in at the NHMS registration building before going to the parking lot
-Registration opens at 8:30 – All participants must check in at registration and sign the release
-Technical inspection opens at 8:30am
-The course is open for walking at 9:00am
-Driver’s meeting takes place at 9:30am
-First car off is at 10:00am
