2012 Season Banquet/2013 Rules Meeting

Post by Rabbit Farmer »

Copied from original post by Terry on the NEHA forums.....

Here is the flier for the 2012 Banquet/2013 Rules Meeting:NEHA Banquet Flier

All,

The flier is in the works but the banquet will be held at the same venue as last year (Common Man Inn, Claremont, NH) and will be on Saturday, February 2nd. I have ten rooms reserved for NEHA so you can call at any time to make your reservations and make sure to let them know you are with NEHA for that event to get our rate! We aren't getting the same room rates as last year so I set up for 10 regular rooms for Saturday only. Please let them know if you want to go Friday as well as I think you will get the discount rate still.

Saturday, February 2, 2013
Common Man Inn & Restaurant
21 Water Street, Claremont, NH
(603) 542-6171 Restaurant
(603) 542-0647 Inn

The schedule will follow the same format as last year as well as it seemed to work well for everyone.

As soon as I have payment/food details ready I will post those as well. If you have any questions please feel free to ask at any time. Thanks a lot and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
