I called Joe (SLMP) moments ago to hammer out an event for May 23-24-25, 2014.

He said he believes that weekend is available. Same rental fee amount as 2013 (as it stands right now).

I will give him a call later tonight to hammer out the details.

Canadian karting club (http://www.nckc.net/) already has six races on the schedule; marked as "Kart" below.

We will have to select another weekend.

Need everyone's input.....

I inserted potential schedule conflicts where some members may opt for a hillclimb instead. This does not mean that weekend is not available, but it does mean that the driver pool might be smaller.

Any weekends that we should take off of the table?

I know for me personally. It would be nice to have it the weekend of May 9-11. I know it's close to a Hill Climb but would be good to work the bugs out. And I would imagine there would be other people that would want to do the same.

Or maybe the weekend of 30-31-1 May-June

Although I wouldn't be able to commit to any weekends until last-minute. May 9-11 makes some sense as a shake-down weekend.

All the hillclimb weekends and as if now, memorial weekend is off for me.

May 9-11 sounds good to me. Anything later and it is too close to the estimated arrival of child #2 for me to be ~7 hours from home.
