$1500 for the track. (there is also $400 for insurance for an SCCV event)
Ricky called Joe this morning and the track is available.
He is going to reach out to everyone registered shortly.
Edit: The "and this just reserves the track" was referring to the amount that we have collected for entries.

Re: SLMP #2 (2014)
I and others agreed to pay the % to make up the difference. That seems to be about +20% - a small price to pay.
I was signed up for Sat. I will also pay for Sunday if thats what it takes. As of yesterday we were all set................
WHAT IS THE COST OF EVERYONE PREPING & PLANNING!

Re: SLMP #2 (2014)
I've sent out an email to everyone about slmp2 !
It's going to happen, let's not get bent out of shape boys!
As of now with the entries we have the track rental fee is covered, but insurance for the club is not! So none sccv event it is! But we can use the timing equipment and have a timed event
Sccv is going to write a check for us to pay for the track but we need people to transport timing gear to and from the track !
So please let me know asap

Re: SLMP #2 (2014)
Chris has taken a lot of time out of his busy schedule to ensure te battery is charged and all the equipment is in the trailer. If you guys are able to work out the details for having an event, the equipment is ready. He has also created an event on the timing software for this weekend.
