KSCC equipment rental agreement

Post by Rabbit Farmer »

Retaining for the record.
For events that use the KSCC wire:
A fee of $2.50 per entry for events that are co-sanctioned with KSCC with a $150 cap reached at 60 entries.
For events not sanctioned with KSCC the fee would be $5.00 per entry with a $300 cap reached at 60 entries.

For events that use the SCCV wire we gave a discount:
A fee of $1.75 per entry for events that are co-sanctioned with KSCC with a $105 cap reached at 60 entries.
For events not sanctioned with KSCC the fee would be $3.50 per entry with a $210 cap reached at 60 entries.

2016 and forward price.

Fix rate of $50 for the event as we own our own canopies, fire ext, etc. We are only renting the communications/timing equipment.

2024 going forward

Prices haven't been adjusted for a while. Changing to $100 to match what we have paid SCCNH.

This is for handheld radios, communication boxes, drops, traffic light, finish equip, etc. Everything to do with communications and timing, but SCCV has our own wire.
