It's called MAG Wheels: Artistry in Motion. We're having a fun day on August 3rd with a cruise, car show (which will be judged based on the artistry of the cars), raffles, pin striping demo and a ton of artwork focused on automobiles. The art exhibit portion will be up throughout the month of August as well.
The Milton Artists' Guild is a nonprofit here in Milton with a 6,270 sq ft gallery retail space where about 100 of our 200+/- members display and sell their work at any one time. We also do a lot of kids programming, offer classes, business support for our artists and are always on the lookout for community public art projects (like the hummingbird on the Gardener's Supply building or sculptures at Hannaford). We had the space donated for the first two years back in 2017 and we've been working on ramping up awareness and name recognition so more people know we're here and what their support would help us accomplish, and this event should be a great help with that! It's been percolating in the minds of some members since before we had a physical space, so it's really exciting it's all coming together now!
