Online Meeting 3.19.24 First Day of Spring 2024

insurance for Philo May 4th weekend
- communication issues. Appreciate efforts Josh!

Airborne in the future?
- we may have issues moving forward due to damage to field or ruts on the track.
- Reports have actually been positive and focused on their season, After September, could
reach out for events in the fall and winter. Things are good with Airborne
- Someone could go to an Airborne event and meet Mike in person. Stephen Dick
volunteered

AutoX Equipment?
- Does trailer have any needs? (seems decent, do we have enough chalk?)
- trailer is at Simon's in Hyde Park, do we have enough caution tape? Tyler Burdick may
hook us up
- trailer inspection at Josh's work in Milton day?
- Insurance waivers? Josh has file may print out? Jeremy found the waivers. all good.
- Plow Truck is at Josh's work in Milton
- Timing Lights? what makes them work well or not? suspect cold was the problem, Josh
will check with manufacturer

First Event at DRM Apr 27th
- getting the trailer down there, Ed W will be a contact and support
- Get events listed on our website. steps to be taken in process.
- Rules and classing should happen first. All good.
- Line up for tech, or have tech come to people? Line up seems better. Printed out
registration list including classes
- Self tech pre-inspection is a good idea.
- Callie Chapman is working on information to have displayed on our trailer
- A multi Staging run is always a great idea for the flow of run groups to work better
