Weather was great both days, lots of runs (someone got 16 on Sunday). Some great battles, etc.

Thank you to everyone that came out to make this year's event a great success. I think another record for breaking down the hill. Nick and I stayed down there after the awards to have a ham dinner with Don/Rick and then finally got home around 10AM.

Photo up the photos/videos. I have some in-car from my car and Joey's (I lent him my camera for Sunday afternoon).

Awsome event!!! Thanks to everyone for making my 1st hillclimb fun and easy. Anyone debating about trying a hillclimb should stop debating and just do it. If I can keep my head on straight and not push real hard then anyone can. There are so many stories, that unless you work or run you never get to know them.

The hillclimb crew are a friendly, relaxed group willing to lend a hand or give you encouragement. The crew applauds individual accomplishments and competition is friendly. The workers and volunteers are second to none. That's why I'm hooked and am doing it again. Now I just need to get a cage......

My car actually sounds pretty good.... now, I just need to install at AWD option to get out of sight quicker.

First, let me 2nd what Chris R. said, I had a great time working (& learning, & meeting) Saturday - made me want to be drivin' it, but wish there was a way know how I'd do re: breakout time - if I could run Unprepared 'competitively' and not breakout, I'd be up for doin' it, but not so much I could live with a cage in a daily driver - for that reason I would nix running SP (both running 6+ sec under)...

Dave, if you want to give hillclimbing a try, you should. I went in with the mindset of driving for my pleasure, being safe and not being competitive. The breakout time for me was at the pace were I was starting to push out of my comfort zone. If I was on the hill with the same car, even if I did'nt breakout, I would want a cage because my push harder button was starting to activate. I have found that I like hillclimbing and now I need to find a solution to make it happen.

Rarely, did I hear you coming, It was pretty quiet coming through check 1 and 3.
