I looked closely at the lot off lakeside Ave., it is cut in half w/ Jersey barriers, and the half not being used is too small (figure you need pit space for up to 80 cars) and the pavement was pretty iffy...

The lot on Lake Street is huge where we could use the upper section quite easily. The issue with the lot would be the houses directly on the backside of the lot... too close to the community. Also, we did attempt to contact "them" years ago, but "they" did not return our calls (IIRC). To whom they and them would actually be addressed slips my mind at the moment.
