I hope it works out, it would be nice to run events a little closer to home.

Stopped by the Champlain Mall lot yesterday: good size, split up by curbing/roadway though center, but workable IMHO - pavement is the equal to Stowe's lot - 2 areas of heavy sand concentration (probably leftovers from winter plowing) - lots of lightpoles we could work around, all are set on concrete pilings...

Took a couple of videos, uploading to YouTube as I write this, will post as soon as they're ready...

There were a few guys working on an office space there, painting; they mentioned it was owned by a Canadian Company: the phone # on the highway billboard is 514-694-2371 -
otherwise it's a ghost town - maybe a good place for Blues Brothers III

The other thing I noticed was a relatively wide "access road" that surrounds the entire building - hmmm...

From Malletts Bay: 50 miles, 1 hour 'door-to-door' (your results may vary )

That lot is very nice. Could use a clean up, but other than that it would be nice.

The amount of sand in some places is pretty extensive (like, about 1" deep), maybe an offer to (help) clean-up the lot might ease things...
