Ok, so who is bringing the equipment out, and how do you want to get it. I can help get it to who ever, but need to know what direction to go.

I'm assuming by your post we've made the minimum - sweet!

I'll bring tables (4', 2) (& chairs), e-z ups (2), and brooms -
need someone to bring timing set-up (if the radios are in the case that's cool, if not I've got a couple-3), extinguishers (speedie-dry ?), cones (~35 would work, a few more if there's room), a couple of flags...

Speaking of which: Is the timer operational?

I believe we have come up a couple short still. I will be working with Joe to see if we can compromise on the price. I can't see canceling it at this point.

I will be working with chris tomorrow on the timing equipment. To set up the track you need about 70 cones to do all the braking and track out points. You can get away with about 60.

I have the radios as well.

The trailer is in Milton. I can grab what ever on Thursday and meet someone. Just need to know who and where.

I've got some, ah, 'challenges' out in the NNY area to try to drum up a couple more cars, but haven't had a lot of luck yet (couple of Subies and an Si - had a Miata interested, but no roll bar) - still working on that. Dad has 4 doctor's appt.s and /or tests in the next 2 days spread between Massena and Watertown, will fit in more promotion in the meantime - I assume it'd be OK if they pay when they show up?
