RE: lodging; Just got a reservation at the wishing well. $50/night, 2 night minimum (so you'll see me Friday). Still better than $130/night at Stone Fence.
Edit: also got a chance to drive the new car this last weekend. It's easily a second quicker than the old one on the 20 second course we were driving. Looking forward to the back-to-back data at SLMP.

Hi everyone, there have been 2 late canelations, which will not receive refunds. That being said, if anyone signs up last minute, we would be able to issue refunds accordingly. So pass the word around, and see if we can get a few more drivers! It would be nice to be able to issue refunds so that they can use the $ to come to future SCCV events!

What are the helmet rules for SLMP. Is SA mandatory, or is an M 2000 ok? thanks

Last three M or SA certifications are acceptable.
So that is 2010, 2005 and 2000. So yes your m2000 is acceptable for slmp.
It is not acceptable for one of our hillclimbs.

Art,
I know that a couple or three of us are planning to leave the Mad River Valley in the morning (like 7 or 8 am) with trucks and trailers. Obviously that slows the pace and pulls back the fun factor, but if it fits your time frame and will, we should find a place to meet up. You live further south, right?

Hi Paul,
I live in Essex VT and won't leave until the afternoon. Bummer. When are you returning?

Art I should be going thru Burlington some where around 1pm or 2pm and if that would work out ok just let me know I would be willing to meet some place up that way. I plan on getting off at Swanton and going over rt78 to rt11 and then to Canton rt68 to rt37 to the track.
