2018 Classing Changes *READ FOR AUTOCROSS*

Some 2018 classing updates - here is the official document going forward for this summer season. I'll reiterate the changes here (highlighted in red in the doc)

1. New bracket for tires to include a 5 point addition for DOT tires of a treadwear between 81-200 (80 and under are +10, old rule). This new bracket includes many competitive autocross tires (RE71R, BFG Rival S, Hankook RS4, R888, etc) and meant to separate a bit from your run of the mill tires.
2. The engine swap section has been reworded to be clearer about how to add points - no functional change.
3. Suspension has been reworded from "performance" to "non-OE/non-stock" to address some niche methods of swapping brand parts off different models. No change in points.
