Ice Season is on its way!
- Lots of discussion about Super Studs (Bolt tires). Mostly around rules (being revised and clarified) as well as Tech expectations as a way to make it fair for all.
- When (during the event) should SS cars run (as it looks like more SS participants than in recent history)
- How do we address double drivers? using run groups
- Respect to fairness and degradation of ice conditions.
- Plowing concerns. Jonathan Haas and Ryan are important to us.
- Saturday and Sunday were talked about (good Lord, what a stress to me right now). Insurance issues with switching days with short notice are an issue.

Trainings for Tech and Timing
- Should have trainings for both, for interested members to be more involved. Tim will post opportunities and dates.
- Axware also could come into play in 2020.
- Ways to track Mods for classing (possibly on line to help streamline)

Roles at Events in 2020
- Event Chair / Event Coordinator roles
- Members that want to help, how do we direct and appreciate them.

It was a good and heady meeting, with a lot of great and caring enthusiasts. Kinda hard to put into words on-line. And thank you Paul for Checking Ice conditions this upcoming Thursday. Bring it on Mother Nature!!
