- Will Governor open up possibilities to hold an event? seems if and when he opens up restrictions they will happen incrementally and possibly fast.
- Plow possibilities?

Canaan
- Dates are filling up quickly.
- Shoot for later in the season for hopeful better covid news.
- Chris R. will reach out to David to see about a date or two late summer or fall.

Online Banquet
- Plaques and masks?
- Chris will resend badges for circulating trophies to Stephen.

Email notifications versus Facebook?
- May be helpful to have email notifications also?

- Photos given to Steve Jones for winter season.
- MSR link to trainings on how to hold events during covid times.

- For rag tops. Arm restraints, Metal mounted fire extinguisher, Roll bar, mounted air horn.
- Governor CoVid possibilities.
- Insurance concerns.

Diamond Run Mall
- Michael Stromburg. he manages the Mall. Organizing payment stuff. (in advance, or just after?) $500.00 per event. and needs dates. How do we pay and when? Dates of events?
- what parking lot area do we use? do we have choices?
- Spartan Arena.
- how do we mark off our areas?

DRM AutoX Event #1 this sunday
- Bathroom facilities? may need to get a porta potty?
- Insurance may be cheaper.
- Event Chair? Ed will chair this event. Simon will design course.
- our loaner helmets have expired, can be given away, but NOT used for AutoX.
- generator, batteries, radios, paper forms, on-site registrations,
- trailer needs a going over. Fire extinguisher inspections?
- worker stations?

T-Shirts
- Cant see survey or order form on Facebook.
- Green shirts for board members? (we should pay for them)
- should we add 2021 under the logos?
- what is the turnaround time? (Stephen will reach out to Pumpkin Harbor to get this information)

- Back on, Focused on DRM; Paul will charge the radios, coordinating delivery to us.

- should we move the DRM event that conflicts with the Climb to the Clouds Hillclimb? (seems likely) lets table this discussion - also the June event that conflicts with the Burke Hillclimb?
- 802... wanting to join our event with car show. need to watch out on our insurance to protect us.
- did DRM get our payment for this weekend?
- trailer needs a vent. A proper crank open vent. ED will look at that.

Microsoft Office annual charge?
- why are we getting charged yearly for this?
- we have a subscription, can we cancel? Yes. done.

Next DRM AutoX
- probably no porta potty (Pee-Pals. a reverse funnel)
- scheduling with Spartan Arena (not much going on)
- Pothole forming in transition area.
- Stephen D. has all the 2020 awards and will bring to the Event.
- Batteries? Chargers. 120 Volt USB? (for timing lights) Ed is on top of this! (thank you!)

Future Meeting places in Person?
- Zachary's private room in South Burlington was best live location.
- Pros and cons of live versus Zoom
- social versus business?

Event that falls on same weekend as Mount Washington Hill Climb (Aug 11-15 weekend)
- do we try to cancel or hold event?
