arbitrary and capricious decisions
I get it... a petty bar. "of lesser or secondary importance, merit, etc.; minor:"

Well, I doubt we can weld in an extra bar in the Stafford Springs parking lot, but you never know... we essentially made a slag heap of metal into a hood in half and hour last year.

If everyone else can make it, go for it, but I'm busy Wednesday and Thursday this week. I could do tonight or Friday.

Actually, I can't make tonight after all, so I'm out for this week, unless we want to do it Friday.

So we got some more done, and found plenty more to do.

Rear brakes are replaced, so that should cover our stopping.
Differential Bearing removed, and ready for a new one (Russ - are you ordering?)
Rear trailing arm bushings were totally shot, so old were pressed out, and news are getting ordered (Russ?)
New engine and transmission mounts installed, so hopefully the rocking will be reduced.

Still to do:
Get tires
Relocate Kill switch (again)
New number (241 instead of 240)
15" wheels (I found someone with a set in Hinesburg so hopefully that works out)
And a whole bunch of other little stuff.

I have the bushings and support bearing on order so those are covered.

I was going to ask: what kind of tires? I've been looking at Tire Rack trying to find any 15s even close to the diameter of the stock 195/75-14s, and found just about nothing. Found a few that were much, much shorter though.

we ran spec miata size last year. Lowers the car, better gearing etc. I think we went with Dunlop starspec.
