SCCV 2011 AutoX Schedule

All of our autocross events are at Devil's Bowl Raceway in West Haven VT. So mark you calendar.

SAT 4/30(school)
SUN 5/1
SAT 6/4
SAT 7/30
SAT 8/20
SAT 9/10
SAT 10/1 (possible - weather and attendance dependent)

The only detail set in stone at this moment is that it's on April 30th.

I hope this is more like a "test and tune day". It would be nice if there are times displayed but are not recorded so that we can see the difference between car and driver adjustments. I right to assume the price is the same as an autoX? Will there be a package deal for both days?

I think the main intent for the school would be to provide instruction to autocross newbies, with established club members riding along to provide tips/advice.

We haven't gotten very far along in planning the school/the event yet.

+1 on the test and tune idea in combination with the school. I'll have to get used to the turning left all the time thing and deciding on taking 2 tires or 4 and the whole deal.

I also like the idea of a test 'n tune, I think when we were tossing the school idea around, we thought that most members would bring their own cars to both drive novices around in, and get a little testing done for the next day.
