1/18 Monthly Meeting
Attendance:
- Adam Tronsen: meeting host, minute-taker

Insurance good for the next three weekends (1/22, 1/29, 2/5) (Thanks Ed!)
1/22 ITT Details
- Insurance: all set
- 21 or 22 entries so far… Cap is at 30
- Arrive by 8:00 for set-up (Paul, Simon, Adam, Stephen, Jeremy, Josh, Nicole)
- Greeter: Stephen (should park near the parking lot entrance or right after we go onto the lake
- Tech: Jeremy (Tech Master), Adam, Carlton Schimdt
+ Jeremy has the measuring tool
- Timing: Josh, Simon, Adam, and Stephen
+ Need to be cognizant of run-groups; 2 wheel/4wheel, snow/stud/super stud
- Parking: trucks and trailers can’t fit on the ice and should park on the shore
- Driver’s meeting details (Paul)
- Designated Tow Vehicle: Adam’s Jeep Cherokee
- Designated Timing Car: 1 car for each of the two timing groups to be determined
- Equipment: who’s bringing what
+ Simon: 30 cones, inverter, generator, auger, other radios, time equipment, red flags, fire extinguishers, whiteboard,
whiteboard markers, minor-waivers
+ Adam: 50’ power cord, 50’ HDMI cable, 2 radios, 2 whiteboard markers; twelve 12oz waters
+ Paul: 2 radios, plow truck
+ Josh: 2 radios, laptop
+ Stephen: adult waivers
- Plow: Paul will plow (and plow a parking area)
+ Plow a path to the store; Jeremy will drill for the path
- Lunch: getting pizzas from House of Pizza
+ $5 donations
Future ITT Schedule:
- Every weekend until the access-point ice is gone
- Tentatively have locations listed and state that we will go where the ice is
- 1/29 (insurance set)
- 2/5 (insurance set) (gymkhana at Mallets Bay?)
- Paul: Could we register for two different events for insurance to have flexibility for where we can hold an ITT event? Ed
can talk to the insurance agent to see how we can best arrange this.
- Should we change the height of super stud cars due to greater grip/g force/roll-over risk
+ SCCA’s rule: can’t be taller than it is wide
+ Find a handful of cars to find width/height. Figure out that percentage. Josh is on it.
To Do:
- Josh: after this event will send out an email blast from the Motorsports Reg event and put an event page on our website
- Josh: research revised super stud car height based on average car width/height ratio
- Luke: create staggered Facebook events for the 29th and 2/5 to be posted Saturday night of the previous event
- Ed: talk to insurance agent to determine how best to have flexibility for location of future winter events this season
- Adam will lock down Canaan: contact David
+ Look at doing two to bookend the summer season (one in April)
+ Could reach out to Mass Tuning and SCCNH to see if they have dates yet and how to best work it out with them
